The most wonderful thing about Tiggers…

Tigger’s personality in the cartoons is much like his personality in the book. He is very confident and has quite an ego, often thinks of himself as being handsome, and some of his other comments suggest that he has a high opinion of himself. Also, he often undertakes tasks with gusto, only to later realize that they were not as easy as he had imagined. As in the books, Tigger never refers to himself as a tiger, just as a “Tigger”. When Tigger introduces himself he often says the proper way to spell his name is: “T-I-double-guh-err (T,i,gg,r).”

The most wonderful thing about Tiggers,
is Tiggers are wonderful things.
Their tops are made out of rubber,
their bottoms are made out of springs.
They’re bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is,
I’m the only one.
Oh, I’m the only one!

Oh, the wonderful thing about Tiggers is,
Tiggers are wonderful chaps.
They’re loaded with vim and vigor.
They love to leap in your lap.
They’re jumpy, bumpy, clumpy, thumpy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is …
I’m the only one!

Ironically, Tigger was one of my favourite characters as a child.  For some reason he came to mind today :)
