The idea of being able to express oneself to a vast, unknown audience is to some extent exciting. On the other hand, the idea that one’s life or thoughts are interesting enough for anyone else to read can in my opinion be seen as egoistic.
However, there is something about the average life, the simple moments of others that I find to be inspiring. It is for that reason I am writing into the void. If what I write is interesting to someone out there, great. But at the end of the day it is a way for me to collect my thoughts.
